COMMISSION PROCESS- STAGE 0: THE DISCUSSION
What do you need? My wish is to execute your vision to the best of my ability, so it helps a lot if you have a moodboard, reference pictures - the more we chat in this stage, the better. The discussion is the most important part and should probably last the longest, to avoid too many revisions later.- STAGE 1: THUMBNAIL SKETCHES
The stage where I send you 2-4 sketches. These are the most rough sketches, don't get scared if they're ugly😂 they're just so you can choose a pose, look (outfit and hair, if not specified) and general composition. Feel free to give as much feedback, change, add things, ask for clarifications, etc. This is the best stage to do so!- STAGE 2: ROUGHLY COLORED SKETCH
There are some rough colors in this stage so you can have a clearer picture of the final product, though they will not look the exact same, as they might be affected by lighting etc. This is the final stage to make any big changes without being additionally charged for them.- STAGE 3: FINAL PRODUCT
This stage will probably last the longest, but you're welcome to ask for any progress pictures at any time. After the commission is finished, I will send you a preview picture in chat and a link to download the pictures in their full quality. Please note that it is your responsibility to download and keep those digital files safe, as I might later delete them from the platform I used to send them to you.


PAYMENT PROCESS- I accept payments through PayPal, Ko-Fi, Revolut, Iris, or VGen.
- Please let me know upfront which platform you prefer and if your pricing method will be: 1. full payment upfront (most preferred) or 2. half before we start, the rest after stage 1 or 2 - depending on the commission's complexity.
_{I won't sketch and color an intricate, multi-character commission without knowing i will be paid in full for my time. Hope you understand.}In stage 0, when the discussion is over, you've let me know which payment method you're going for and the price is agreed upon, I will expect at least half the payment before I start. If the price isn't fully paid (payment method 2), the sketches sent will have watermarks as pictured below. If you pay the full amount upfront (payment method 1), there will of course be no watermarks. However, please let me know if you want to share a work in progress so I'll know to add at least an @ of my username as credit. The internet is a weird place lately and us artists have to be cautious.If your commission is a single character, you will be asked to submit the payment in stage 2, the roughly colored sketch stage. If it's an intricate one, you will be asked to sumbit the rest of the payment in stage 1, the thumbnail sketch stage.

FAQs/Extra ClarificationsHow long will the commission take?
Depends on its complexity and how many commissions I already have, but a half-body may take up to 2 weeks. If there's a deadline let me know upfront and I'll let you know if I'm able to make it.
In cases of emergencies where the commission will be delayed, I'll let you know ASAP! Though these cases are rare.What file will I be receiving in the end?
a high quality PNG. To be exact, I do most half-bodies in A4 size (2480x3508px, 300dpi) and portraits on a 2000x2000px square. Let me know what you need the commission for, so I'll know to adjust the quality accordingly. Let me know UPFRONT or AT LEAST in stage 1 if you will need a no background version (transparent BG png), a different file type, specific size, etc.Do I get a friendly discount?

of course! if you don't want me to @ you at my post, or if you don't want me to post your commission at all, let me know! It's best to let me know this before I finish the artwork, so I won't accidentally post your commission without you wanting to, in case I forget to ask.Do you own the artwork, even if I was the one to commission it?
The default answer is yes. I'm allowed to use the commission result to sell as prints or stickers etc if I seem fit. If you don't want me to do that because you plan on selling this artwork, you need to pay the commercial use fee. This does not, of course, apply if you've asked me to keep your commission secret, or if it's a personal artwork. I'm not going to sell stickers of your pet, for example, without permission! I am always respectful and understanding.How much are commercial use fees?
Depends on the use, and the holder. These are to be discussed via private DM.Are your prices set in stone?
Nope! If you want something super specific, and you have pose, outfit references and want a sketchy style, your price may be lower!
Things that will be charged extra are:
-backgrounds
-props (f.e. a chair the character may be sitting on, a bouquet the character may be holding, an intricately designed mirror. Generally, intricate things. A simple book prop, for example, won't be charged extra.)
-pets
-extra enviromental or graphic elements (bushes, grass, a frame to decorate the piece, butterflies, etc.)
-extra characters (ofc)
